In the blink of an eye we are done with January and February. Easter is upon us and we think we are going to celebrate March as the “Month of Chocolate”.
March is also a month in which we will host two events which both promise to outstanding in their own unique way. Both of these are Chef’s Table events and thus naturally are pairing dinners. The first event is on the 21st March and is a whiskey dinner where we will pair five whiskeys most notably aged Glenmorangie with five courses. This evening promises to be the ultimate indulgence for all whiskey aficionados.
On the 28th March we host Babylonstoren. We are eagerly anticipating this evening as this estate has gained a huge following in Johannesburg. Of course Chef Jonathan will be using his considerable all his creative ingenuity to ensure that the menu is suitably weighty!
